With your goals in mind, we'll take a trip to a grocery store of your choice. We'll go over label reading, make a shipping list, and tour the store from the perspective of your personal goals. You'll be able to ask your health coach questions and take notes for future trips. It's a fun and casual experience that will give you tools to make healthy choices for a lifetime!

Price may be higher depending on travel distance to grocery store of your choice.
